Reconstruit toutes les icônes sous W95/98/ME
Extraire BLDICON.EXE dans le répertoire de votre choix et l'exécuter pour reconstruire les icônes.
Le programme n'installe aucun autre fichier.
Il change la taille des icones et la restaure à leur taille originale, ce qui force le rafraîchissement du cache des icônes.

Rebuild all icons in W95/98/ME
Extract BLDICON.EXE and run it to rebuild icons.
The program don't install any other file.
It simply changes icon size and return it to the original size to force the icon cache to refresh.
